The Role of Education Policy Services

Education Policy Services (EPS) is a small team with a positive and proactive approach to problem solving, administration, management and leadership.

The role of EPS is to:

• Contribute to policy and strategy, as well as oversee and implement initiatives, that improve the student learning experience
• Support the reward and recognition of excellence in teaching University-wide
• Manage and provide professional advice to teaching and learning related committees
• Design, develop, evaluate and advise on policies, processes and schemes that support the University's priorities within the Operational Priorities Plan
• Contribute to the leadership and administration of teaching and learning/education related activities at the central level
• Promulgate and monitor accountability, and report on University-wide teaching and learning related policies
